Materials & Quality
What we use and how we ensure every restoration meets our standard.
We work exclusively with premium materials — high-strength multilayer zirconia, lithium disilicate, and genuine implant components from Straumann, Nobel Biocare, and Dentsply Sirona. No house-brand substitutes.
Every restoration is digitally designed against your scan data and verified to deviations under 50 microns. In-house milling and rigorous QC mean what you receive matches what you designed.
Yes. Send shade tabs, photographs under controlled light, or notes on adjacent teeth and we’ll layer the restoration to match. For demanding aesthetic cases we welcome a chairside try-in.
Process & Turnaround
How a case moves from your scan to seating in the clinic.
Single crowns ship in 5-7 business days, bridges in 7-10, implant work in 10-12. Rush service is available — see the Products page for the full schedule.
STL, PLY, and OBJ files from any major intraoral scanner (3Shape TRIOS, iTero, Medit, Carestream, etc.). PVS impressions also welcome.
Yes — contact your case coordinator. Changes before design start are no problem; once milling begins, additional fees may apply.
Warranty
We build every restoration to last. If something does go wrong, here’s what to know.
Yes. Every restoration carries a 5-year warranty against fractures, manufacturing defects, and fit issues, on top of any manufacturer coverage that comes with implant components.
Covered: accidental fractures, defects in materials or workmanship, colour instability from manufacturing, and fit issues within the first 12 months. Not covered: normal wear, damage from improper handling, modifications by third parties, or use outside recommended indications.
Email us with the case number and a couple of clinical photos. We assess within 24 hours and either repair or replace the restoration at no charge for valid claims.
