Shade Selection
Shade selection is completed at the lab to support a more accurate and natural-looking final result.
Smile Photo Appointment
Patients may visit the lab for smile photos, facial records, shade selection, and case documentation.
Putty Matrix
A putty matrix is provided to help transfer or reference the proposed wax-up design.
3D-Printed Mock-Up Models
Printed mock-up models are included so the dentist and patient can review the proposed design.

Remote Option Available
For patients who cannot visit the lab
If the patient is located far from the lab or cannot attend an in-person appointment, we provide a Smile Photo Guideline for the clinic or patient to follow. Smile photos and records can be submitted through the clinic so the diagnostic planning process can still be completed.

How It Works
Start with a lower upfront cost.
Patients pay roughly 40% upfront to begin the consultation stage. The rest is paid only if the treatment plan is accepted.
